I have made another beta version of ArcWeb available.  It is only available
from http://louis.ecs.soton.ac.uk/~snb94r/beta/ and from
ftp://dino.ecs.soton.ac.uk/incoming/beta/arcweb_0.20beta2.arc

This is another beta copy which includes FORMs (except for TEXTAREAs which
don't work at all) and requires support from the fetcher (the ArcWebTCP
included has this support).

As for the previous beta, I'm not going to guarantee this version against any
kind of bug, and it will have some debug info included in it.  (for example, if
you click on a RESET button, nothing will happen except that you get a message
box saying that you pressed it, news URLs don't work etc.)

Bugs etc. to me by email.

Please don't download this as a matter of course replacement for 0.19 yet.
