No, you're right - I've just looked back at my own message and that has
mutated too.  But why on earth does the newsserver do this?  Yet another
example of it arbitrarily changing message headers without regard to the
wishes of the originator?  Forced insertion of Organization, Sender, and
X-Nntp-Posting-Host headers come to mind (see demon.service ...).

It's still true that TTFN needs to be kicked into noticing the time change,
though (OK, it's only 3 mouse-clicks, but you have to remember to do it).
