As a transatlantic Iphone user I connect to a variety of IRC servers set up to specifically handle Vocaltec's program's traffic. Initially it used normal IRC servers, but very soon after was banned from almost all IRC sites; hence the special purpose servers. Once the connection is made, the data stream goes straight from caller to caller. It works fine. regards Phil Jones Marlborough Wilts UK Menlo Park CA USA
