*CheckMap Error

Hiya,

I've just started getting an error when I do a *checkmap command - when it seems
to have checked the entire map it then says "map inconsistent with directory
tree". What's going on? I thought *CheckMap would offer to overwrite the
bad map, or is this a different case?

Should I be on my knees looking skyward, or what?
