I will be leaving Friday, February 16 for a badly needed vacation,
followed by professional symposium.  I'll return on Sunday, February
25.

My net access during that time will be unreliable (I hope).
Therefore, I will not be able to approve any new posts until I return.
The mail server will still accept announcements; however, they will
have to wait for me before they can appear on the newsgroup.

I have approved or rejected all submissions in my queue.  If you
submitted an announcement but have not heard from me, your submission
got lost.  Accept my profound apologies and please send it in again.

If you have a really urgent announcement, get it to me before noon,
Pacific Standard Time, and give it the Subject line of "***URGENT***".
I'll post it (or reject it) before I leave.
