It can be found on Aminet and will allow you to link up the PC to your amiga via either a serial or a parallel cable. The program mounts a new device (PC:) on your Amiga. You can treat PC: just like a regular disk. It isn't fast, but it does the trick. I use it and it works fine. Usually called terminal programs, and they are plentiful on both platforms. For more sophisticated networking, try using TCP/IP. AmiTCP should work fine on the amigaside. --- Ichimusai (alt.atheism #769) === Disclaimer ======================================= All opinions expressed are under constant revision ======================================================

However, AFAIK PC2Amiga has problems with files over 4 MB in size,
and will not transfer those.

: How come then that I have transferred larger stuff than 4MB? (PC2Am308.lha)
: dilinux/doslinux from sunsite.unc.edu for one. (about 10-11MB)
: Amiga/'040 --30K/s-> 386SX/33

: With a "laplink-cable" (std pc stuff; 4 bit par.).
Good question. I haven't tried it myself, but only goes by what my
friend has told me about his efforts. OTOH, I could be wrong, but
I'm fairly sure that he had problems with some big files. They
could however have been in the 30-80 MB size ( Backup of his A1200
hd transferred to UAE ). I'll ask him, and let you know.
