Happy Holidays.

Can anyone tell me the correct way to turn on word wrap in a
<textarea> tag?

Is this implemented in an Amiga browser?

I have a registered Ibrowse1.12a. According to what I've read, word wrap
is the default. This is not the case on my machine.

Word wrap in <TEXTAREA> tags is not part of HTML 3.2, default or otherwise.
Maybe in 4.0?
