Help with screens on CD32 (basic?)

Sorry, but I did not get a manual with my CD32...

What does the window do with the key on it and the locks?
Mine has what looks like two programs, DGeneration and Pirates Gold?
Is this correct or am I barking up the wrong tree?
I would RTFM but as I said, I do not have access to one!
Any other wierd things I am yet to find out about the CD32?
