Hi All!

Well I just got my first CD32 and I must say I'm impressed. Only thing I'm
disappointed in is that it doesn't seem to have a nifty screen blanker like
CDTV does.

Can someone tell me 2 things?

Is the CD32 itself dead? Are they still making games for it?

Is there a FAQ for it so I can get a "quick" education about this machine.

BTW, I paid $150 US for it along with 5 games. Did I do good???

Thanks
Walt

I've got a CD32 too and I was disappointed about the lack of a screenblanker.
A floating Amiga logo would be sufficient :)

not dead but not far from it.Games are coming out less and less but there is
still a fairly large amount of old stuff around.I network my CD32 to my Amiga
so I have a CD-ROM drive maybe you should do the same? or if the CD32 is the
only Amiga you have get a SX32 which will allow you to add a hard drive and
floppy drive.

yes it's published every so often in comp.sys.amiga.cd32

>BTW, I paid $150 US for it along with 5 games. Did I do good???

I'm not sure I'm not American :)
