I just had a go with the German "TurboPrint" program
(which includes its own drivers for the BJC-series).

I could not believe the speed of the printout and
the astounding quality. I didn't think it possible...

So go-get the TurboPrint!

I just bought the Canon BJC 610 printer and was no less
impressed by the speed and quality - now 720x720 dpi.

The interface is very good too.

PS I used the Canon Studio driver earlier - There is
   no comparison.
