How are world wide web graphics that are sometimes slated to be 256 colors
displayed on ECS machines equiped with OS 3.1? Are there special
dithering techniques? Do the Web Browsers automatically do this?
System:
A500 + ECS + 80MB HD + 4MB Ram + NI Multiscan Monitor.
Thank you in advance.
