Where to find inet.library for Fractalcompression

Hello all,

I would like to use the new fractalcompression algorythm
for my Amiga, but I can't because I didn't find the inet.library.
The encoder always stops with an EMT Trap. Can anyone tell me
where I find the inet.library with a version higher than 4.
The encoder demands Version 5.
