Imagine 3.0 Amiga problems - HELP!

I have been an Imagine User for some time now, however, the latest version I have
is 3.0.  I have had two problems with 3.0 that I have never figured out.  Hopefully,
one of you can help me.

1 - Freeze/Constrain data is never saved with objects.  I'm told it's supposed to
    be saved.

2 - Rather frequently and for no repeatable reason, the program forgets all the
    layers information and resets all the objects back to the base layer.


Has anyone seen these types of problems.  Any help would be appreciated.
