Yes.  The SCSI card must put its memory into the 8 Meg autoconfig
space.  Only accelerator cards (with the exception of the C= A2620 and
2630) with on board memory can put their own memory outside the
autoconfig space.  Other memory, such as that on a SCSI card, must be
in the autoconfig space because its on the Zorro bus.  It is also
"slower" fast-mem because of this (16 bit vice 32 bit access).
