I think the title say's it all. By the way I'm running an Amiga 1200 with an IBM SVGA monitor for productivity and a Commodore 1702 composite monitor for games. L8ter 8-]

MagicWB is a collection of icons and backdrops that conform to a single 8 color palette intended to improve the look of the Workbench. In the shareware MagicWB 2.0 package, there are a couple of programs, one to lock the Workbench colors so the icons look right, and another to support Workbench backdrops under AmigaOS 2.x. If you're looking to improve the look of the Workbench, you should check out NewIcons, in addition to MagicWB. There's also a program on Aminet called MWB2NI which can convert MagicWB icons into NewIcon images, so they look right without the need to run the palette locking program. -- Jonathan Gapen (innuendo@execpc.com) Bread in, toast out. How does it DO that?

Then if you get tired of the way that MWB looks, cost and want something
better, try Iconographics IMO.
It is Freeware and you get much better looking icons and you can still use
NewIcon to lock the color of the icon, in the icon.
It can be found at AmiNet in...
IGfx30.lha pix/icon 744K 14+Iconographics 3.0 - Icon/NewIcon
Collection.
...and if you want even more icons, try...
UselessIcons.lha pix/icon 115K 17+Icons & backgrounds for
Iconographics.
...so there you have it.

MagicWorkbench is a set of replacement icons for the Amiga.
They are more colorful than the original C= icons. IMHO,
NewIcons is a nicer looking package. ;-) Both are available
on the Aminet.
