Could someeone Help me out? I have a Commadore 1084S monitor and havee just recently receiveed an Amiaga 500 and would sure like to get color. I noticed that on the back of the Amiga is a 23 pin connector and I assume that I either need a 23 pin to RCA connector or a 23pin to 9 pin cable (RGB) Does anyone have this particular monitor also? If so, I could really use a suggestion on how to get a cable or convert this 23 pin to be usable by the 1084s monitor. I thank everyonee for their help with my previous question about the Amiga 1000 and Amiga 500.. I am slowly learning how Amiga's work and I am impressed... Not bad for an old machine like an A500.. I may have to buy a newer model if they all run like the a500 (Only much faster and such..) Nick NEK7660@utarlg.uta.edu

I'm assuming from your post that your 1084S has a 9-pin connecter (not all do, some have a 25). So what you need is a cable to connect the Amiga's RGB port to the 9-pin port on the 1084. I would suggest calling an Amiga dealer; they will almost certainly have them. Jeremy jeremyn@injersey.com
