Yes

Workbench 2.1+ has basic postscript support.  PageStream, ProPage, Final
Writer, WordWorth and some other word processors have postscript support.

If you are looking at the Primera Pro printer, the reason that the Amiga
doesn't support its postscript it because the Primera Pro isn't a postscript
printer.  What Fargo has is a postscript interpreter (for the Mac and PC) to
let you print postscript files to thier printer.  For the Amiga to print to
this printer, you just need their driver which will work with any program that
uses preferences.  Some programs like PageStream 3.x, ADPro and ImageFX have
built in Primera support.
