Their not always green, it depends on how you've customized Thor's colours.
But anyway, here are the 3 bars you can get:
--
is -- at the beginning of a line, with nothing following it
<sb> CENTERED TEXT
is <sb> at the beginning of a line followed by some or no text
<tsb> CENTERED TEXT
is <tsb> at the beginning of a line followed by some or no text

But keep in mind <sb> and <tsb> are not supported by any other mailer than
Thor and maybe that even Thor will not support them in any further releases
(that's why they're not mentioned in the guide).
