Hi Job Hanssen, on the 17-Mar-96 17:41:02 you said : JH> Hi all, JH> I was wondering if there is a kind of 'dummy-sana2 driver'. What I JH> mean by this is that I'm searching for a sana2 driver that will JH> directly talk to another (similar) sana2 driver, without any hardware JH> like ethernetcards or modems. I'm not aware of any 'dummy sana2' device, but I have used NullModem.device (on aminet) to transfer files between Shapeshifter and Amiga. You should be able to use it with a sana2 device and MacTCP to do what you want, setting nullmodem unit 0 in the sana device, and setting nullmodem unit 1 as the serial device for the emplant to use.
