Err, attitudes like what?

I think you may have misunderstood.  I registered the program a long
time ago.  I always intended to.  I merely meant that waiting 4 weeks
for the registration was not a big deal to me, because in the meantime
it was at least functional.

I was just curious how long it took, not peeved that it took a few
weeks.
