In the jfif.datatype archive (jfif_dtc.lha) is a seperate program
"jfif_dtc/Prefs/JFIF DataType", this is the prefs program. With this
you can alter certain options for any program which call the datatype.

Other options may be selected this way, including dithering, scaling,
"Show Progress Indicator" flag etc.

The datatype uses the task name to decide which option to use. The
prefs file then saves this information in the in ENV: and / or
Envarc:Classes/DataTypes/jfif.prefs
