This one works fine:

Command: amitcp:bin/ncftp

Arguments: %s:%s <>"con:100/100/520/300/FTP/close/screen %s"


ncftp is included in AmiTCP.

Put this line in your rc-file to set download directory:
   #set local-dir <your download-dir>
