Okay, I confess! I used Aweb yesterday and it looked great. It was very fast.
I'm impressed! I'm sure that I'll get a chance to try it more later in the
week, but I'd like to try setting more of the mime types before I go the next
time. That seems easy to do.
I should have perhaps qualified my statements and mentioned that I also
use Shapeshifter and so I use Netscape 2.0 (I know it's 2. something, I'm not
sure if it's 2.0) I am able to use that with no problems so my real concern
was for the safety of the hard drive since I can already surf the net. I
installed Aweb onto the 25mg partition where I have Ibrowse. They are the only
programs on that partition. I would much rather use an Amiga program and
support Amiga programmers than use Netscape, which is made by a company that
has done nothing for Amiga users.
