	Do you have call-waiting?

	It may be that your Ami's modem handles the line interference in 
a different way than your PC ... in my locality call-waiting kicks one 
off the line. I have a friend who just gets severely lagged from 
call-waiting though ... fiddle with the modem perhaps. :)
