Problem with AmiTCP/IP 4.3 dialer script

Hi,

when starting Start AmiTCP to connect to my University via PPP I get the
following errors:

CommandState.adrx: Command on line 48 returned 2 : I/O timeout exceeded
Dial.ssrx: Command on line 61 returned 2 : I/O timeout exceeded

After some time 
AT
OK
appears in the output console.

ENV:ModemDialPrefix=ATDT
ENV:ModemInitString=ATX3&C1

What can I do to get this to work ?
With 4.2 and using the ppp dial option I had no trouble!

My configuration:
A3000 2MB Chip/12 MB Fast
KS 40.68/WB 40.42
ZyXEL 2864D Firmware 1.12
CrossLink Bridgeboard with two 16550 FIFO serial ports
I'm using the CrossLink xlser.device V2.1 on port 0
PPP 1.45r
AmiTCP/IP Pro 4.3
