An even easier way to mail something to yourself would be the following.

If your email address is me@there.demon.co.uk then you would type the
following address (Demon only).

me%there.demon.co.uk@post.demon.co.uk

Notice the %.

You may be able to do the same thing by substituting the post.demon.co.uk with
your mail hosts name.
