Hey, someone else besides me noticed!  Yes, it's a bug.  (Listening,
Steve?)  If you're in sys:devs/keymaps and type "ls ../print<TAB>",
you will end up with "ls /printers" which will (when executed) look
for :printers.  This is definitely a bug.
