	Story tells that it is cheaper to make monitors (and TeeVees)
	that have the both scan rates. Anyway, I think it is
	sufficient that the line frequency is the same 15625 Hz.

	ECSTest tests the "TEST" signal which is grounded for NTSC
	machines, it doesn't check for video modes.
