ASyncRun() question

Im using version 39.1 of the ARP library and Aztec 3.6a to spawn a
WB style process using ASyncRun().

The problem is, whatever I try, it returns -11. The include file says
it "/* Couldn't get stdio handles". What does this mean?

I don't care to have stdio handles, thats why I tried
pcb.pcb_Control=PRF_SAVEIO|PRF_NOCLI

Then tried
pcb.pcb_Control=NULL

And ASyncRun was still returning -11! Anybody know how to use this call?
