Hello everyone... Has anyone sucessfully disabled the Xetec controller/Harddrive on an A500 ? Sometimes, I use my machine for just games which are not harddrive compatible and since this controller does not have a game switch, I would like to know if there is a way to disable the darn thing without unplugging it. Besides, I play for hours on certain games like Pinball Dreams which does not support FastRAM or Harddrive. There's no need to have the RAM and drive running for many hours (it's just a waste of resources ... Wasting electricity, heating up the room, decrease the life of the equipment, etc.) If someone has a hack on how to do such a thing, I would love to know how it can be done. I can deal with some soldering and minor fixup. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Kien // -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= // \\ \\ // \\ \\ // \\/ \//
