I've run across several times, but can't now find, code to safely AllocMem
(first checks available mem).  I'd like to at least see how it handled
requesters vs. alerts, etc., if not just plug it in.  could someone please
be kind enough to give me a pointer to where I might find it?  (Thought
it might have ended up in Amiga Mail or '90 DevCon notes, but can't find it
in either...)
