Is it posible to setup AmigaUUCP to send all mail by SMTP, unless the
destination is an immediately adjacent UUCP site?

It's currently working on my system but because it's double processing the mail (SMTP Queue -> UUSPOOL -> UUXQT -> Sendmail) I'm getting double graphics.rent.com in the path (from) header line. I imagine there's a way to stop this but I haven't figured it out yet. If UUCP is your secondary connect, then define all explicit routes in uulib:domain, and allow smtpd to fall-over to smtppost if that explicit route isn't found (smtproute = uucp,mx). If UUCP is your primary connect, and your provider will _refuse_ email that it can't/shouldn't forward, then allow smtpd to fall over to sendmail (smtproute = mx,uucp). There are a variety of other combinations. BTW, mail doesn't have a path header. I presume you mean double Received: headers. -- // Michael B. Smith \X/ mbs@adastra.cvl.va.us
