EPSON Hi-80 Plotter -- Any good?

I have seen a lot of places advertising the Epson Hi-80 4-pen plotter
for around $140 or so.  Does anyone know if these are any good?  Can they
use regular paper?  How easily can one be interfaced to an ST?
