Atari ST developers kit

What currently comes in the Atari ST Developers Kit? Price? Last I heard
the docs had not been rewritten. Is this correct? What is the relationship
(if any) between MWC and the dev kit? Are the new linker and assembler
automatically included in all new orders? Is the dev kit now worth ordering
(previous net traffic seemed to indicate that it was not)? Level of support?

Related question: How does one go about acquiring a Motorola 68000 Programmers
