I believe that cable only works on 520ST's, which already have RF output
and 2 pins on the monitor port for composite output.  1040's do not have
these pins (unless your 1040 has a rf output port).  The pins are
labeled in the gray manual in the back.
So the 1040 users (what about megas?) are still without rf output for now.
