suggestions wanted for repairing flaky floppy drive

My SF314 Atari double-sided 3.5" floppy drive is flaking out after several
years of faithful service. I have cleaned it, to no effect, so I assume
it needs repairs or adjustments that I am not qualified to perform. I don't
know of any local dealers, so I'll be on the phone tomorrow trying to find
someone who claims he's qualified to service the thing. Does anyone know
someone who does good work around Ithaca, or on hardware shipped by mail?

 Thanks for any help,
   Bill Newman

PS: Please send e-mail, instead of posting; if anyone is curious about the
information I get, send e-mail saying so and I'll post the results.
