Note that the MS Windows gui is broken when it comes to formatting 720
floppies. In Win2000 you simply can't format a 720 floppy unless it is
already formatted! On the other hand I have managed to read 1440 floppies
formatted (on Atari) to 720 without covering the HD hole!
To format 720 floppies in Windows open a DOS window and enter the format
command with proper parameters. Perhaps "format ?" will return available
switches, my memory is short when it comes to MS DOS...
