This new version is only required if you use POPwatch with Oasis2. In
particular Oasis2.10.

There is a bug in Oasis2.10 that causes POPwatch to hang when sending
emails.

Thanks to Paul Malcolm for spotting this problem :)

If you are using POPwatch 2.00 and Oasis2.10, then I strongly suggest
that you get hold of POPwatch 2.01 from my web site, which works
around this problem. If you aren't then don't worry about it :)
