I've been happily running my Falcon in 640x480x256 on a SVGA monitor, using
NVDI 4.11 and MagiC 5.11 for absolutely ages.

All of a sudden (since yesterday), my Falcon boots up in ST High mode ie.
640x400x2. I can then change res to 640x480x256 via MagxDesk's menu option.
Fine. If I save that res from the Res Changer and reboot, I still get
640x400x2. ie. it makes no difference.

I've just reinstalled MagiC5.11 and NVDI, but no difference.

My MAGX.INF has #_DEV 5 27 (which I think is the same as it's always been).

Anybody got any ideas? I'm getting a bit desperate now :(
