When using Newsie v0.66 with Demon's news service (the standard one - not pub or beta) all the subscribed to newsgroups are renamed 'up'. This only started happening a short while back - but a similar thing happened when Demon introduced their betanews news server. It too would rename all the newsgroups to 'up' - the main server at that time would leave the names unchanged. What this all comes down to is that you have a list of subscribed to newsgroups in the window, all called 'up' - if you open one you get a listing of the available articles for what should be the group - but if you try and open another it doesn't work and about three bytes are loaded and then you get a blank window. I'm using a Falcon030 TOS 4.04, with Stik 1.12 and Newsie 0.66 Any help or comments gratefully received!
