I would use the existing connectors supplied with the TT keyboard and use 
a multimeter to decipher the pinout from one end to the other. I would 
then buy an appropriate length of cable (12 core or similar) and rewire 
it myself to ensure that the pinout remains the same. I don't think the 
cable supplied would have the same pinout as an RJ11 or similar telephone 
connector (I could be wrong :-))...

If you want to buy a telephone cable, test the one you want next to the 
TT cable to be certain your pinouts are the same, and that the connectors 
are the same type...
