What is going on with these messages from Eric Terrell that have no
subject line (a subject line of "(None)").  Eric has been posting
programs (most of them useful) to the net and with no subject line it
makes it VERY tedious and difficult to determine if that particular
message is of any use or not.  Is this just a quirk of the Arpa gateway
or what?  It would be nice if someone fixes the problem.
