Hi

If anyone has any enquiries regarding the former public domain library
known as L.A.P.D, I'd be grateful if you'd direct them to me at the
following email address - lapd@steverosie.demon.co.uk

I have taken over, added to my own and hopefully be able to keep some
PD/Shareware support going.

At present I will honour the previous prices, as sorting things out will
take a while so please be patient as Rome wasn't built in a day;
although you can roam in a day:)

I've had to swallow my pride and start to use my PC for internet access
especially email. Newsie could no longer be viable due to the
restrictions on the mailboxes.

The trouble with PC's are that you have to back up data regularly,
something you could get away with on the ST's as they are more reliable
and stable. Run a wrong program on a PC and you WILL have to reload ALL
the operating system from scratch:( and it's took me a FULL 7 days.

I thought that the Y2k (year 2000) problem was the biggest money
spinning con going until I met the PC! It makes you wonder what PC
stands for! Could it be a 'pricey contract' or 'pretty c#@*' :)

Stay tuned, the Atari saga continues.
