I need to find out some info about foxbase+/mac.. I have a need to generate a spreadsheet like window/screen and put data values in these fields. I don't need to do any calculations or anything of that sort on the values, I just need to know which one the user clicked on, and to be able to match that up to the value contained/displayed in that cell... My question is NOT how to do this, but is is possible? Ie. can I at least get screen coordinates for mouse clicks, or better, assign a value to each cell and get that value returned when the user selects it? As long as it _CAN_ be done, that's all I need to know. Thanks, -- Mattias Hembruch mghembruch@electrical.watstar.uwaterloo.ca or ec333way@sail.uwaterloo.ca

Strictly speaking, no. There is no programatic way within FoxBASE+/Mac to
determine where the mouse was clicked. I can't think of a reason why you
would need to, really. There are ways to do what you want built-in to FoxBASE/
+Mac, but since you don't want to know, I won't tell you :-).
