Now...don't laugh! I was contacted by a nice lady in Florida who has inherited a PRO-325 system from (it would appear) a car dealership, where it was installed as a "SUBARU Star System". She would like to use this machine to do a little word processing and printing. A PRO-325 (by definition) had no hard disk; just the dual RX50 floppy drives. She was referred to me for help by the DECUS library. She sent me the only floppy diskettes that were given to her with the system; they contain fragments of the Subaru Star software, which looks vaguely RT-11 based. What I'd like to put together for her is a 2- or 3-floppy package consisting of P/OS (diskette version, not hard disk version), PROSE, and Print Services. I'm missing a few pieces, though. I've got P/OS 1.5 diskette version, but the only application diskette is a maintenance diskette that goes with that. I've got the complete P/OS 1.7, 2.0, 3.2 hard disk systems including the tool kit. If someone out there has a dusty old set of P/OS 1.5 or 1.7 floppies in the diskette (not hard disk) version, that would be the ticket for this lady. Please respond by e-mail if you can offer any help. Thanks in advance! Kurt Wampler wampler@MicroUnity.com
