I've been sending Caroline archives of selected messages from
this digest for the past year. ( I only send quarterly, but then,
that's better than her record on publications :-) Apparently, this
is her only source of contact with the BITNET/INTERNET/UUCP world:
she was astonished to learn of Richard Thomson's changes to the
Rainbow BIOS from these archives. [Hey, btw, what ever becamse of
Richard and his BIOS changes? Did the lawyers scare him away?]

If someone else plans to send Caroline archives on a more
frequent basis, I'd appreciate hearing about it so there's no
duplication of effort.

Has anyone successfully used one of these UUCP/FIDONET
gateways to reach Caroline? I tried about a year ago with no
luck, but things might have stabilized by now.

George
