   I have seen several public domain graphics programs make use of
the DEC Graphics Library - eg. XPRESS, SPIRA.  I remember someone
mentioning that they had a copy, but I never had a chance to follow
it up.  If anybody knows of this puppy, please send me information
on how to aquire it.
