If there is a problem with Teledisk's compression not being stable, perhaps someone should just contact Sidex and ask them about it. As a programmer, if anyone told me my software was unstable I'd be sure to check if it was a real bug and if so fix it in a hurry. I am hesitant to recommend use of LHA (lharc) as an archiving tool. There are no utilities to fix damaged LHA archives. I had a valuable program archived with LHA and lost it because the archive got damaged somehow and the few programs available to fix damaged Lharcives are simply not as robust as the programs which are available to fix zips and arcs.
