I have taken the mods to version 3.9e by David Willcox and ported them
to version 3.10 of Micro Emacs.  Is there anybody interrested in this
version?

Also, in a past posting I accused 3.9e of dropping characters in some
situations.  The problem that I was having was due to running RB-BUFFR
at the same time.  When I stopped running RB-BUFFR, the problem
disappeared.  I'd like to apologize to Mr. Willcox for flaming when
there was no problem.  I'd also like to thank him for the sources and
technical assistance he provided.
