After getting an authorization number from Vcom, I have venix 1.1 installed
on my system, but I do not know the default passwords for the system accounts
root, sysadm, setup, etc.   The only account I've been able to use is
demo (neat)  Help!  (Barry, Chaim)  I would also like to be able to
login via null modem from my PC, what is required on the venix side?

In reponse to my question to VCom about releasing the authorization
program and/or algorthm, Al Franklin said they cannot do so because of
copyright violations of AT&T, DEC, Interactive and others.  Maybe
if someone with more clout asked them (decus)?

Another problem: venix has a bad habit of moving the hd head back and forth
for about 2 minutes (slow seek to edge of platter) upon boot.  Surely 
this is not normal?  After that, things work ok.  I currently have
a 20 meg installed, but am going to try installing an st-4038 (30mb)
Venix 1.1 release notes indicate that the RD-52 is supported.
